VTV Outreach Team

The mission of the VTV Outreach Team is to increase the strength and awareness of the VTV Family Outreach Foundation through cycling and community outreach.

The VTV Outreach Team is a cycling club founded in Washington, D.C., and is comprised of members around the country. The VTV Outreach Team is dedicated to its parent organization, the VTV Family Outreach Foundation and the campaign for safer learning environments.
